Counselling and Supervision to meet your individual needs
I am an experienced integrative counsellor and a senior accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) with BUPA recognition. Also, I am a supervisor to trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists for mental health and counselling charities, schools, and the helping professions, both on an individual basis and in groups.
Depending on what is right for you at the time, I offer psychodynamic and person-centred theories as well as CBT, humanistic, and relational. I provide short, long-term, or time-limited counselling to individual adults from 16 years upwards, and cover a range of issues, including abuse, anxiety, bereavement, depression, PTSD, relationships, self harm, and stress.
My private practice is based in a quiet, safe, and comfortable setting with parking in Pluckley, near Ashford. Sessions are available during the day and early evenings, either face-to-face, Zoom, or on the telephone, with the option of Zoom or telephone if you are unable to attend in person for a session.
